Q: Will I get a chance to listen to the trax before you burn them on CD?
A: You will hear a pre-master mixdown in MP3 format, which will allow you to request changes to the track before you receive the final version on CD.
Q: How long does it usually take to get the finished trax?
A: That, of course, depends on the specs of the job, but usually we send out your track-CD within 7-10 days, many times even faster.
Q: Can I choose which drum set-up or tuning you use?
A: Of course. Just specify it in the specs at order placement, and we will get your set-up going ASAP.
Q: Can I make changes to the drum trax after the CD has been received?
A: The CD will not be sent to you before you give your final approval of the trax, therefore, if the trax have been approved and a master-CD has already been sent to you, you can only request to "re-open" your project which you will have to pay for. So please make sure that what you approve is what you want!!
Q: Should I send you my music with or withour a click track?
A: Which ever you prefer. If you do send a click track please make sure it is on a seperate track (e.g. in a stereo file put the music left and the click track right.) and has an 8-beat count-off, if you do NOT send me a click track please make sure to let me know what tempo exactly your track is at, so i can align my click with you trax.
